No buzzers, no hardware

The restaurant pager,
without the pager.

Nothing to buy, nothing to charge overnight, nothing to wipe down between customers. Your customer scans a QR code and their own phone rings when the order is ready.

All the paging, none of the hardware

Nothing to buy

No coasters, no base station, no charging dock. Free to start.

Nothing to clean or charge

No unit changes hands: the phone stays in its owner’s pocket. Nothing to wipe between customers, nothing to dock overnight, nothing to replace when one walks off.

Regulars and promos

Returning customers are flagged, and the promo wheel can hand them a prize while they wait.

More Google reviews

Offered to regulars while they wait, to new customers once served.

A customer list

Email, phone, visit count. Exportable to CSV in one click.

Six pages comparing customer-alert options, their real cost and their limits.

Frequently asked questions

Is Bipresto really free, and do I have to buy anything?
Free to get started, and there is nothing to buy: you create your page, print your QR code and take your first orders without paying for hardware or installing anything.
Do I need any hardware or a compatible till system?
Nothing beyond a screen for you, phone, tablet or computer, and the poster with the QR code at the counter.
Do my customers need to install an app?
No. They scan the QR code with their phone’s camera and keep the page open: it rings and vibrates when the order is ready.
What happens if a customer doesn’t have a smartphone?
You hand them a number from your screen and call it out loud. Their order appears in the same list as everyone else’s.
Is there anything to clean or charge?
No. Nothing crosses the counter, so there is no unit to wipe between customers, no set to charge overnight and none to replace when one walks off. Already using buzzers? Keep them in a drawer for a few days while the team gets the habit.
What do I learn about my customers?
Every scan leaves an email and a phone number, with the number of visits and the date of the last one. A customer who has been in before is flagged as a regular on your screen, and the whole list exports to CSV. The box to hear about your offers is ticked by the customer, never by default.
